Hi ,

I have forgot my password to My Xilo , I have clicked forgot password and have not got my password sent to my e- mail account yet .. Cant use the support desk with out it either Sorry .

Can somebody have a look at it for me please as I am wanting to buy a domain through you ..

Is the e-mail account the same as you used when you registered with XILO? If not then you will need to check your old account.

Failing that drop an e-mail to [email address]

and a ticket will be raised for you and any replies will be delivered to your e-mail account.

p/w was sent when I used IE .. didnt work in firefox !!
