I purchased my domain over 72 hours ago but i still cannot access my domain, if i try to access it i get a "Server not found" error. Can anybody please tell me was the problem,i haven't change any settings at all. The domain is zproducts.co.uk.

Hi folio,

I have sent an update to Nominet regarding your domain which should have fixed the issue.

Please try again in a few hours time and let me know if you're still having issues.

Thanks matt, it's working now. Do you send manual updates to nominet about every domain name that's registered through you?

Hi folio,

We send updates when they are required. For some odd reason, your domain had incorrect nameservers which was corrected upon the update sent.

Sorry for that and I'll ensure that it is investigated.
