In the feature manager on my WHM, I notice a few items are shown as disabled by the "disabled" feature list

As I don't have a disabled feature list created, can you explain this to me please

One of these entries is the righteous backup entry, which I am keen to try, along with server stats, support submit, and RoR

The disabled feature list is a list of features that are disabled server-wide by the root user. This is usually done because:-

a) The item isn't properly installed
b) The use of the item would present a security risk
c) The use of the item would hog resources

Or any combination of the above.
