Question XS3 package limits - 25/08/2007, 5:24 PM

Hello there,

We currently have the "XS3 New" package and I noticed we are almost at the limit of the disk quota. I checked what we get with the package and it appears to be 2GB but the control panel doesn't let me increase it for the main domain we have. I just get:

Quote:
Failed to add new resource.
The total cost of the resources you are trying to purchase exceeds your credit


Has the package recently change and are we on the old one? Should we have a limit of 2GB?

Hi Ian,

The current listed packages are the newer, cPanel based accounts.

You are on an old legacy H-Sphere account. We would be more than happy to move you over but you would need to copy your data over manually.

If this is something you are interested in - please let us know via a support ticket.

Wow...that was quick!!

Thanks for that. I thought something like this was the case. I think we will be needing the extra disk space by the end of the year so we'll leave it until then.

Hi Matt,

Just wanted to resurrect this old thread to ask how long the move would take after a ticket is raised? I assume the ticket would go in to a queue so the time to action will vary! As we run a forum we'd like to let our members know how long the site will be down for.

Hi Ian,

Due to the issues, tickets related to moving have had to be put on lower priority simply because we need to have all our servers working over moving a site that is already currently working on a server without issues.

Whilst this may not be ideal, we needed to ensure that any customers who had no service are prioritised over ones that do.

We're all working on the backlog now and down to 52 open tickets (was 2 before the problems).
