All my websites down on charlie

Hi,

I've just noticed that all of my clients websites are down on my reseller account which is hosted on Charlie.

Is anyone else experiencing this or just me?

I know Xilo have had DNS issues in the past but this is unlikely to be the case as most of my domains are not with them just the hosting.

This has not been a good month for Xilo. Support all but disappeared recently and now this.

Oh well such is cyber-life and cheap hosting.

Are you still suffering from this issue? Charlie seems to be fine.

If you still have problems please can you provide details of some of the affected domains so I can check the DNS for you etc.

It is so great to have the forum back online, it is often the quickest form of support.

Everything now seems to be working fine. I'll keep monitoring it though.

I'm encountering issues with my site and anything that is covered by SSL (i.e. client area & support) as I.E / FF return error pages.

Any ideas ???? Yes I am on Charlie.

Hmmmm !!!!

To clarify:
My SSL Cert is still valid. Non SSL and other clients sites I can browse to no problem, its just the SSL on my site.

Hi Dvotee,

Yes I've checked my https:// and they are all down same as yours.

I have raised a ticket and hopefully the guys can get onto of it asap as my client secure pages are the ones that actually take the money.

Have updated this ticket that we have received and pushed a restart of the apache process in ssl-mode.

I'm encountering problems again acessing my client area and support, both of which are on SSL (Charlie server)

Could you please have a look see for me and maybe give the server another kick

All of my client accounts are on charlie, unfortunately no client has ssl so I cannot check.

Just checked again and getting 404's on both but when I remove the 's' (http) it obviously comes up. My cert hasn't expired but will take a peep on WHM to see if theres something going on there. Will post back shortly
