Three things that would be nice:

1. When attempting to set ldap authentication (as recommended) against an exchange/dc we get this error.

/usr/local/bin/ldapsearch: error while loading shared libraries: libldap-2.2.so.7: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Does it need a patch or update?

2. Can we get an ssl certificate for the public name installed? I know my customer won't go pass the warning message.

3. Does anyone know how to toughen up the spam settings? I'm getting stuff through that really should be filtered.

Hi,

We do not support the Ldap feature at this time. It maybe something we will look at in the future.

Due to the way our cluster works - it would be impossible to SSL unfortunately. Sorry.

The spam filters does not work like spamassasin does. It does not 'score' the spam it consults a very large, known database before forwarding.

Generally the spam catch rate of all mail is 96%. You'll never get a solution that is 100% correct all the time. 96% is very very impressive for a solution that gives barely any false positives.

Is there a chance that you'll install an SSL cert?

Value for money, this service can't be beaten, (MX backup, mail buffer, front end filter) but it is a bit thin when supporting / maintaining end users, and. That said, one can always pay 10x for the bells & whistles.
