But Xilo have left me no choice as I can't get through on the phone to them at all. I posted a support question on 04 Jul 2007 04:33 PM ticket number 31624 and still no reply at all from Xilo and it's 10/07/07 at 11am. I am really seriously thinking about moving my reseller account away from Xilo, as I love the uptime of the hosting the support can be quite poor. This is my first support tiicket in months I've posted and I would really like some kind of reply. I think 6 days is a bit of a joke and no reply. I find it very annouing this Xilo staff have time to post on this forum over the last few days but can't find time to reply to my support ticket! </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE> |

| Techie & Moderator ![]() Posts: 769 Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: Swindon, UK | A whole XILO subnet was blocked by SpamHaus on Thursday last week. This created a lot of work to get everything sorted, both support and otherwise, for the XILO team. This length of wait is not normal. |

Matt has advised that he has asked someone to look into your problem; if you still have concerns or your problem hasn't been sorted to a satisfactory level then please call XILO on the phone. There is nothing that can be done to fix a problem on the forums that required the opening of a ticket. |
