Hi,

This is not strictly true. You can download Ioncube and upload to your own space. This will get around the problem.

More information can be found on the Ioncube website.

Can you please provide full details of what it is you are trying to install and where abouts in your directory tree this is?

i run vbulletin and have rpginferno installed.. now this has been running fine until the other day no problems at all..

i have changed nothing but now i get this error when i try run the adventure or open a post in the forums..

Hi,

As I have said in your ticket. We do not install Ioncube globally on our servers and never have.

As you are in effect the site administrator, you need to look at why Ioncube is not being found as this has to be uploaded by yourself - nothing on the server in question has been changed and we don't load Ioncube in our php.ini

I'm closing this thread as advised in your ticket - there is no need to duplicate your question.
