| User ![]() Posts: 2 Join Date: Apr 2007 | Hi all I had Matt restore a sql database to one of my account as I have removed it by mistake. I now have another site I need to do it to as the customer deleted some rows from the database, I need it restored from a copy from last thing Wednesday just gone. Can we do this ourselves as support have not come back to me yet and the customer is getting worried. Thanks Mark |

If you require a backup that is in Matt's posession then you will have to wait for support to get back to you. It might sound harsh but you and your customers are responsible for taking your own backups and the backups taken by XILO are only meant to provide a recovery option on the event of an entire server failure. To backup things yourself on a regular basis, why not check out my backup script |
