Default Tickets aren't helping me - 12/01/2007, 10:25 PM

I have the basic reseller plan

I have used my 5 accounts but one of them is unusable because the dns info is missing (according to my cpanel) The one that is unusable is called "0mybed" it was typed in as mybedandbreakfast.co.uk when I created the DNS zone. It is listed in the drop down box in Cpanel. Looking down the Cpanel page it states that the DNS info is missing.

OK

Tom asked me if I wanted all traces of 0Mybed deleting. I said yes, as long as I retain the registration of the domain name. When I get back from working away I have a ticket reply from Tom asking me to try and re-create the DNS for mybedandbreakfast.co.uk

"Can you please try and add the domain again to your account."

I go to WHM and re-create the DNS zone, everything seems ok but when I try to create a new account in WHM I am advised that I have 5 accounts created and can create no more accounts BUT when I list the accounts in WHM...... There are only 4 accounts listed !!!

and none of them is 0Mybed OR mybedandbreakfast.co.uk

I cannot delete an account that is not listed in WHM even though Cpanel says it exists

Tom - Matt, you have my U: & P:

See for yourself

The tickets are not helping and I need this resolved.

In Short

Cpanel says account exists but is missing DNS info

WHM `List Accounts` list says account Doesn't exist.

I can't put it any plainer than that

Trev,

Please can you update (or open) the ticket as this is the only way we can discuss sensitive account details.

It's best to keep a ticket together instead of splitting the problem between the forum and tickets as this only takes us longer to find the original issue.

Once we have a ticket with the information, we will act on it.

Matt
