Default Charlie? Problems? - 01/12/2006, 1:31 PM

Are there any problems with Charlie,

I seem to be able to access my main site but cannot access my forum, support, client area and the script I have running with Kierans script re server, the images aren't coming up?

I'm getting 500 errors

Also, for customers who have blogs, they are getting 500 error code as well

Cheers
Paul

Hi Devotee,

Yes I'm having the same problems on Charlie. I'll raise a support ticket and then I guess we wait!

Hi Guys,

Going to look into this now. We are not able to access WHM either so I think a reboot is needed unfortunately.

Please bear with us.

Sorry about that all.

Charlie appears to have a problem but I'm not sure what - which does not help.

I think it maybe time to upgrade that old boy to a nice new Opteron.

We'll do some further research and make a post if and when this goes ahead.

Thanks Tom,

Well at least everything appears to be running OK now but pls do keep us updated (as I'm sure you will) re any possible upgrade etc......and if you find out what the problem is/was appreciate knowing in case any customers ask (if they noticed...!)

Once again, thanks for the quick turnaround

Paul
