Have a similar issue, Matt said billing had a backlog and he was going to chase them up. Hope it gets sorted, worried about mine too as I pay via paypal.

If your PayPal ticket is about not being able to send payment - please try again via my.xilo.net > Invoices.

Just want to say that my issue has been sorted, once again thanks, and once again I want to stress that this is the ONLY time that an isue has taken more than a few hours to sort.

well currently i am on support ticket number 3, and after 3 weeks it still hasnt been sorted, also its nice when you post a msg on the forums raising this fact, and the msg gets deleted

There is a clear sticky post from Matt about delays in tickets and info about how long this will take to resolve and the status of these outstanding tickets. There is no need to create further threads about delays when this information is available, hence the deletes. This forum is for support issues not for chasing up tickets.

If you have a problem you can raise a ticket and wait for a reply or post it here - tickets are answered as fast as possible and there are always people willing to help out on the forums

Well billing seems to be a prob at the moment with the most out standing ,

My Billing Ticket 24666 has had no reply to it .. Deadline is 2morrow to pay it .. Domain renewal ...

Has 2 domains on 1 invoice I dont know why and I only want to renew 1 of the domains ..So if billing dont get back too me looks like I lose both domains .

As Matt has already indicated - billing do have a backlog that is being worked on.

I'm going to close this thread as the delays have already been highlighted by Matt as well as Kieran.
