Hi,

Could somebody please take a look at my support ticket #23487?

I also have a support ticket from August 30th, #21032 that hasn't been responded to yet.

Hi Parm,

We do have a small back log on some tickets right now which we are working to cut down.

I am not sure where that ticket from August has gone to - but will ensure that it is taken care of shortly for you.
