Try hitting CTRL-F5 when you have your site open in your browser. It may be a caching issue due to DNS propogation (if you have recently changed your DNS servers). Earlier when your site was visible you may have been taking a different route to access it. As far as what server you are on, xilo have several, it says in your welcome e-mail. Its not important for this issue but it will help in future to submit it in tickets as it makes knowing where to go to find a potential problem that little bit quicker for support folk ![]() |

This means it is all still within the 72 hour propogation period and so it is entirely possible that some servers your query might go through do not have a knowledge of the domain yet. This is consistent with the page cannot be displayed message. Best advice at this stage is wait a day or so and see if it comes back. I know its frustrating, but its just the way these things work. If you want to check your site is in fact fine, you should go to the following url: http://ip-of-your-server/~username and you will see your site there ![]() |

EDIT: Sorry, posted before your second reply That link works by accessing your site by simply feeding the server your username and displaying the site associated with it. Your domain is only ever a pointer as it were to the site you see using the IP address and the username. (You should now have the uncensored link in your e-mail ) |
