I'm in the process of moving my existing site over from my previous host to shared hosting here and I need to mirror the setup of email boxes I currently have. Thats all great but I can't for the life of me find where, through the webmail interface, the password on a mail account can be changed. Can anyone help? I do need to be able to do this outside the control panel so that the people using the mail accounts can change their own passwords without me having to know what they are. Oh, and good job getting the forum back up and running. I got a little worried when faced with the "this forum has been taken down" type screen as anyone who came from DiSoft could imagine! ![]() |

It's good to run into yet another old Di-Soft customer on here though ![]() Do you have a reseller account using CPanel with xilo or is it a simple shared hosting package using HSphere? |

I'm don't think HSphere has a change password interface that can be accessed just by knowing the login details for a particular e-mail account. I'm sure Matt or one of the others will be able to confirm or deny this though. |

I would suggest this should go in the knowledge base seeing as I didn't spot any documentation covering this. | |
