| User ![]() Posts: 4 Join Date: May 2006 | Hi guys, For some bizarre reason my emails are appearing in the recipients junk box and i am not receiving some emails at all. Can you tell me why this is happening and whether this is likely to be happening on all websites within my reseller account? Regards Ryan |

Get them to check their settings, if you are sending e-mails as HTML or with attachments, try sending them without these things just as a test to see if it fixes things. Try sending one or two to yourself and see what spam score mailscanner is applying to them to see if your e-mails might be being incorrectly tagged by the recipients scanner systems. As for the e-mails you are not recieving I can't help you there, only someone with access to look at your account etc. and check the logs will be able to ascertain what might have occured, although as a starting point you might like to check your own mailscanner settings to see where e-mails marked as spam are sent. It may be that such e-mails are marked deleted and your settings are too high such that most e-mails get trashed. Its certainly worth looking into anyway. |
