Hi!

I've just signed up with Xilo, having had a torrid time with a certain [other hosting company removed]. I am very happy with things so far!

I've activated AWStats for my domain, and I can now view the stats pages - but they seem to be static at the initial condition. I have made several hits to the site, but the stats aren't showing anything.

Could you please help?

Also, I can't remember if I read it somewhere on the xilo website, but is it possible to have secure POP and SMTP transactions with the server?

Awstats are updated using the servers raw data logs once every day. This means that in 24 hours time you should start seeing Awstats populate with data to do with the hits you have recently recieved.

Just for the official reply on this - stats on the H-Sphere platform are run between 12am and 4am every morning
