Hi all,

I recently transferred a .com domain into my XILO account , received the confirmation email and waited 48 hours. Now whenever i try and change the nameservers it says

'Error - domain not found'

any ideas?

Hi Ryan,

.com transfers take 7 days. This should have been on the email you got once the transfer was confirmed. (I've checked the email that gets sent it is certainly on our copy).
