Morning,

In respect of the problems we encountered last night, what would have happened to incoming e-mail if any were sent. Would they have been accepted, or would they have been bounced back?

Hi Dvotee,

The problem on Charlie last night/early this morning did not affect SMTP transactions (incoming to the server and outgoing from your mailclient). It was only the POP3/IMAP login authentication that was at fault.

So, if any email was sent to you during this time - it will have arrived in your respective mailboxes.
