Hi all,
I have recently moved hosts to Xilo and have managed to get everything working except my email.

Whenever i try send an email from my home email address it bounces right back....



SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:text :
host m24radio.com [193.238.80.70]: 550-Verification failed for text
550-No Such User Here
550 Sender verify failed</pre>Any idea anyone?

Hi Liam,

Have you created this account via your cPanel interface?

You can do this by logging to http://m24radio.com/cpanel and then click on the mail icon.

Thanks for replying, Matt.

Yeah, I have a couple of accounts set up on the cPanel, both of which I can log into using firefox (although not using mail.m24radio.com, but just m24radio.com as the server).

I think that it has something to do with the way I've set up the DNS or MX entries for everything, but I'm not sure.

Also, when I try to log into my email from the webmail.xilo.net, it returns the following message:

'Does the domain exist and accept incoming connections? Click the help-guide for more information'

You almost certainly have not setup your domain correctly with respect to e-mail and the server, as if the server cannot be found when trying to login it means the domain isn't associated with the mail server on the box. What entries do you have in the configuration for your domain at the moment?

I can confirm that this is setup fine.
