Default Unable access to manage new domain - 2/05/2006, 7:48 PM

Hi, Just registered a domain with you at the weekend and it doesn't resolve as yet. Tried tracert and get 'Unable to resolve target system name <DOMAIN>'<DOMAIN>

I have recieved an email detailing my username and password to access www.xilo.net and have done so successfully.

I Cannot see any links to access h-sphere tool so checked the knowledgebase and found the web address

http://cp.xilo.net:8080/psoft/servlet/psoft.hsphere.CP

However, when I try and access this site using the username and password detailed under my Account Details > Access Details, it fails. When I try retreiving my password, it doesn't recognise my username "connolly".

Please advise why my URL does not resolve as yet, (I would have thought ther would be a default page in place).

More inportantly PLEASE provide instructions on what URL I use to manage and update my site, (ie using H-Sphere), and what username and password I should use to logon to HSphere!
