Default additional hardware? - 12/04/2006, 9:18 PM

Hello, i was wondering if i had an additional harddrive could i send it over to your guys and get it put in my server? if so how much would it cost or would it be free? I sent a support ticket but i couldnt see the email and when i logged on to support there wasnt any tickets created so i decided to come here, any help at all would be great,

Hi Adam,

I do remember a ticket like this - I think it was from Gareth.

We don't allow external customer hardware to be installed in our dedicated servers unfortunately.

thanks for such a quick reply Tom, is there an option for Xilo to install a 2nd drive or upgrade the primary ?

Cheers Tom, I got Gareth to send a ticket on my behalf as I know Xilo only likes one person to login to the Xilo account.
