Hi,

I have the following problems:

1. Can't auto-generate a PHPBB from the control panel

2. Can't drop a database. Says I am not allowed ? ? ? ?

3. Can I use ASP pages on this package that I have (SiteHost+)?

Also, when I FTP to my site, I cant see the PHPBB files.

When I try to get to it http://marconisailingclub.com/phpBB2/index.php, I get 'HTTP 404 - File not found'

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

For 1) and 2) - please send a support ticket to or via www.xilo.net/support/ and include your username and the database details you want setting - also the database you are trying to drop.

3) You can get ASP2PHP (take a look on Google) - However, we do not support this in general.

Thanks for the response. The PHPBB is now working.

Can I add to the current PHPBB files and modify them.

I want to integrate chat to PHPBB so that only registered forum users can chat.

Yes - You just need to edit the files in the phpbb directory
