Default Getting emails from new office - 05/01/2006, 1:11 PM

Hi

I am in a new office using their LAN and SMTP settings. They say the incoming details are the same but I cannot get it to connect.

Any ideas?

Tried your tickets system in Firefox but not working. Not got a reply yet on the Sales contact programme and you are away from MSN.

Please help

No answer on your sales line either. What is going on?

Hi Adam,

What error do you get when you try and receive mail?

I've just tested the ticket system in both Firefox and Internet Explorer and they have both raised a ticket.

The Live chat and our sales line are for sales queries only Adam. Should you have a technical query - please call our support number of 0871 218 0091 where your call will be given priority.

Thanks Matt.

I was getting desperate. I should point out that it is not a Xilo problem as my laptop is picking them up fine but since going over to the desktop and copying as far as I can see the account infor perfectly I can't get at them.

It says the password is not recognised. I have checked this and reset the password from the CP too.

Hi Adam,

As long as all is entered fine it should work. There are no restrictions bar user authentication at our end.

Maybe they have a proxy? or something like Norton running.
