| User ![]() Posts: 41 Join Date: Jul 2004 | I've sent 12 tickets in the last 2.5 months. You've answered two of them. One half way through, saying my problem is being dealt with but no explanation as to when and where, and one in the last day or so in response to a mail that you say you sent, but I never received. I answered that one, no response. It seems the forums are the way to get a response...... Please????? I'm not asking for anything exeptional???? Cunning |

Submitted a ticket a week ago, had almost instant reply, replied to the response got a reply, must have had about 10/15 responses no problems. | Reseller ![]() Posts: 37 Join Date: Jul 2004 Location: Wimborne, Dorset, UK | Hi Cunning, I did have a problem a while back with tickets that I logged via e-mail, at the time I believe the problem was put down to the way the ticket system processed each e-mail. The e-mail address that I was sending from had my name followed by the company initials in brackets and I was told that it was the brackets in the display name of the e-mail address that caused the internal processing on the tickets system to work incorrectly. I don't know if this is still a problem as I changed the e-mail address that I was using. Regards, Ian |

| User ![]() Posts: 41 Join Date: Jul 2004 | I've never had a problem with Xilo until recently, and I'm a bit sad about having to post here. It's just that I'm at the end of my tether. The email addy is fine, I have had correspondence in the past and one recently. The ticket system is there to be accessed by Xilo and they'll see the initial emails between myself and Matt. Then end of May they stopped, my account and new domain was never activated and I've got a stack of bandwidth issues on my + account. I just want to sort things out. The last email from Xilo referred to an email that I never received and doesn't show on my two tickets. I replied end of last week but waiting again.... All this started on 17th May, so you can understand my concerns...... Hope we can get it sorted out soon. Cunning |

The reason we have to keep our helpdesk in the loop as such is for record tracking and evidence of requested upgrades and the like. I will try and send you a new ticket with us as the originator.
