Default Dedicated Server down - 10/12/2005, 2:36 PM
My server has been down all morning, HTTPD is failing and will not restart, and there's been no response to my support tickets. Obviously this is bad for business and considered an emergency.

Can anybody advise?

Machine,

I have personally replied to both your tickets but have not had a reply to them.

Before to we can carry out any further investigations than we already have we need a reply to the tickets you have raised.

Machine,

It appears that your first ticket was raised from a MSN address and then the second ticket was from an email address that appears to be your domain.

As these were merged (as they were duplicate tickets), you would need to login with your MSN email address to see them.
