Hi guys,

I currently have a few domains registered on one single Xilo account. A couple of them are really chewing up bandwidth, so I was considering getting a couple of accounts to spread the bandwidth.

Then it occurred to me that re-selling to myself might be an option? Am I missing something here or would that work better? Do I have to be a techie wizard to do this (I'm not!!! )

Any suggestions chaps?

Yeah Gareth, like I said, it seems cheaper to have a reseller account than two sitehost extra accounts.......

Two sitehost extras = £24pm, 2000mb DQ, 30gb BW.
Reseller Multihost+ = £20pm, 5000mb DQ, 50gb BW.

Like I said, is there something I'm missing here?

Hi Cunning,

No - You are not missing anything.

We would love all our users to be resellers of our service. There are more features and benefits of doing so - hence why the price is lower.

We are trying to encourage the use of the reseller accounts more.

Hi Cunning,

Just to add - No you do not need to be a techie to be a reseller. The control panel is easy to use and you can always get advice from others here if you are not sure about things.

No - The new control panel would be "Cpanel".

We dont have any open tickets (emails are the same thing) and all PMs via the forum were answered.

I was wondering what was taking so long. Like I said to you previously, service has normally been A1.

I can provide all the correspondence if necessary, albeit one sided!

See if you can access that ticket ID, if not I'll forward the lot in an email.
