| User ![]() Posts: 2 Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Glasgow, UK | Hi, I have a problem with 2 things. A> Logging in to client area - succesful but cannot raise/view a ticket. B> Standard email account on clarityhosting.co.uk does not work - via webmail and via a pop client. Any help appreciated. Thanks Johnathan |

Also - have you logged into the support desk? (you have to do this in addition to the client area for security). In what way does your email not work? Are you not able to login at all?
