We have the same issue. I think it's linked to cPanel's removal of support for neomail across the board? (The problem is, we can't get our addresses out of the neomail address book and into Horde/SQ - any ideas?) |

Just checked here to see if there were any developments before I raised a ticket ... I won't bother now! This is a shame, as NeoMail was my favourite webmail client, and I did have some saved addresses and emails that I could have done with keeping. Nothing critical though, luckily. None of my account holders have noticed yet ... hopefully none of them use it! Andy |

Andy, From what I have read and research - the NeoMail icon is simply removed - but the software is not. Im working on this to see if we can export the data, if not, obtain a text file list of addresses in the address books. Cheers Tom, I had a Browser Bookmark that linked straight to it, and that no longer works, so I guess it's more than just the icon that's gone  Let me know what you find, just in case one of my accounts realises they've lost something important! Andy |
