Default Domain Renewal Question - 06/10/2008, 2:39 PM

Hi I need to ask this Question we dont actually ave to pay for the domain renewal do we?

as mine a re due soon to be paid and at the moment i dont have that money as im only doing a few websites now.

Hi,

No, this is why we give you the ability to set a domain to 'Do not renew' via the control panel. This will need to be set 14 days prior to the renewal date the prevent a new invoice from being generated.

arrhh see i didnt know that thats why my ticket invoices are up i have about 4 now and i dont wish to renew. If i was told this i dont think we would have an issue.

Jessica,

Your invoices were raised around the same time, if not before so even if we had told you this then - it would have been too late.

However, please do take note of the ticket conversation today and that your other queries will be resolved in the order received.

Hi do i have to pay for the current Invoices or shall i just leave them?
i have disabled all the domians as Manual renew.

Really they havent adviced me one is due on te 10th and the 11th i think. Sorry this is getting too confusing.
