Hi

I can't log in to my xilo - username and password incorrect in spite of being sent password by your system.

please advise

Have you tried clearing your cookies?

Hi Matt

have cleared all history, cookies etc. have tried IE7, firefox and safari - all come up with the same - Login Details Incorrect.

Thanks for that. I am getting the same issue on your account when I try and click our 'login as client' button.

Can you, in Firefox or Safari - chuck me the session ID you've got in your cookie.

Please don't post on here - but drop me a ticket or mail direct so I can double/triple check something.
