| Reseller ![]() Posts: 31 Join Date: Aug 2007 | My Suport Ticket Keeps Getting closed I do not need the domain renewals I have two up for both £8.00 and these sites are not going to happen. even the tickets i sent are being closed with no out come getting VERY ANGRY now. Jessica |

Also, none have been closed in the last seven days. You have raised 2 tickets about the same issue within the last 48 hours and the billing team will deal with that and other tickets in the order received. Thank you. | Reseller ![]() Posts: 31 Join Date: Aug 2007 | Hi again I have just seen my tickets were closed with No Outcome we do not have to pay for the renewals if we do not want to right? this is really starting to annoy me i asked for the invoices to be removed and yet they havent done again. Proof that it hasnt been resloved..... So what is going on? |

The text clearly says - you have no closed tickets in the last 7 days and under the closed tickets table there is nothing. It also clearly shows that under OPEN tickets table you have two entries for the billing team. I am once again closing this thread because the tickets are not closed.
