Default Ticket Emails Boucning - 11/07/2008, 1:32 PM

So, I do EXACTLY as is stated above, (the forum DESCRIPTION), on two occasions.

On two occasions, my post has been deleted. On neither occasion have my 5 outstanding support tickets been looked at (including the one from 5 weeks ago).


Perhaps someone could tell me where exactly I'm going wrong?

Paul,

As Tom advised, please add an alternative email address to your tickets as your replies are bouncing.

Until you do this - we CANNOT reply to your tickets as they are bouncing.

Where/when did Tom advise this? (!)

Anyway, support ticket was updated with alternate email address on 11th as requested. Still no contact to that address either.

Also slightly worrying that your replies are bouncing, as you host my primary email!
