Smile Fantastico not working on Indigo? - 29/05/2008, 5:49 PM

Hi, just went to upgrade Wordpress on indigo via fantastico, as it was through here that i initially installed it, and I have got the follwing message...

"Fantastico is not installed at the default location /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico. Either move the Fantastico directory from it's current location to /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico OR enable ioncube loaders in WHM -> Tweak settings."

any ideas?

Take a look at this. It looks like this is a known issue that is being seen to.

Unhappy Any Progress with Fantastico? - 10/06/2008, 6:08 PM

Fantastico's still not working for me.

I get the first screen with a wordpress update but just get a blank screen if I try.

None of the other scripts seem to be loaded.

Any progress with the reloading??

Hi Steve,

Would it be possible for you to raise a ticket with the account login credentials please so that we can replicate the exact problem.

The majority of accounts have been restored correctly after the updates but there do appear to be a few that are having residual issues.

I sent a support ticket regarding this issue yesterday at 16:05 ....still waiting for a response ....no change there !

Selecting any application from the Fantastico page results in the message ...

"This application is currently not available. Please contact your host."

I'm on the Kilo server so I suppose that server is in the minority
