| User ![]() Posts: 15 Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Milton Keynes | Hi, just went to upgrade Wordpress on indigo via fantastico, as it was through here that i initially installed it, and I have got the follwing message... "Fantastico is not installed at the default location /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico. Either move the Fantastico directory from it's current location to /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico OR enable ioncube loaders in WHM -> Tweak settings." any ideas? Thanks Darren |

| Reseller ![]() Posts: 6 Join Date: Jul 2007 | Fantastico's still not working for me. I get the first screen with a wordpress update but just get a blank screen if I try. None of the other scripts seem to be loaded. Any progress with the reloading?? Steve |

The majority of accounts have been restored correctly after the updates but there do appear to be a few that are having residual issues. | Reseller ![]() Posts: 13 Join Date: Dec 2006 | Same here Steve I sent a support ticket regarding this issue yesterday at 16:05 ....still waiting for a response ....no change there ! Selecting any application from the Fantastico page results in the message ... "This application is currently not available. Please contact your host." I'm on the Kilo server so I suppose that server is in the minority Chris ???? |
