OK. Before you update DNS - let us know the list of domains so we can update any filters otherwise you will loose email.

Matt
I didn't think the email could be lost when you just changed where the domain name pointed?(Assuming you had set up the email accounts on the indigo server the same)

If not done correctly - yes it can be lost.

Steps to ensure that no mail is lost.

1) Create mailboxes on new account
2) Let us know you're ready for the switch and we'll update filters
3) Change DNS

Ah I see....

Will follow those instructions when I move my "main" site for which my email address is attached too. Won't be for a while yet still got to sort out the awstats and webalizer which I have to install.

How often should I be setting the awstats to update? I have set the cron to be every hour but I figure that might be too often looking at the inside the control panel which hasn't been updated since lunchtime ish.

Also currently I have set the awstats up in one domain folder. Is it best for me to do this with all domain folders. Or should I move it out into the root folder and set up seperate conf files for all domains, but only have one copy?

Every 4 hours or so should be fine.

Thats entirely up to you and how you want things to work/be displayed.

We'd advise every 24 hours and no less.

I guess I was basing my estimate on how frequently the shared servers update their stats, which I thought was 4 hours?
