Default Unable to Upgrade - 5/04/2008, 11:31 AM
Can someone help.

I need urgently to upgrade from an XR1 to an XR2 package.

I emailed support on the 3rd April and received a reply. Unfortunately, their reply does not work!

I emailed again and had no reply since.

Upgrades are not mission-critical (unlike downtime and network issues) so I imagine, given that it is the weekend, you will receive a response to your e-mail on Monday.
