| User ![]() Posts: 1 Join Date: Mar 2005 | I am a novice, and am trying to set-up e-mail in advance of getting my website up and running. I have set-up everything correctly in the control panel (I think), and I tried to set-up a new e-mail account on Outlook, but just keep getting an error - unable to access incoming POP3 Server. Any ideas what's happening or what I am doing wrong? Is there a delay between the setup and the going live for the domain names (which I already own - bought them through Dotster weeks ago)? ![]() |

As your domain is with another provider, you will need to change the DNS server addresses yourself. These should have been located in your "welcome email". Did you get these? Also - it appears that you want to transfer the domain to us? If so, please login at Dotster and change the IPStag to XILO - once this is done, we can make the needed changes and they should go live within the hour.
