I have placed an order (and paid the invoice) for an upgrade. I really need this done asap please, as I need to add several new domains to my account.

Please raise a ticket with support to find out why this upgrade has not been processed. Specific account issues or billing problems cannot be dealt with on a public forum.

Its not that you can't raise things in a public forum, more that disclosing private details which may be necessary to solve your problem wouldn't be a good idea in a public forum.

Please don't raise multiple tickets; if you can see the first one in the list and you got a confirmation e-mail of its receipt then it has been received and will be actioned in due course.

As this thread is essentially chasing tickets, I'm closing it.
