Default Info Needed ASAP - 21/02/2008, 10:33 AM

sent two tickets now, and tryed to phone numbers are dead for me, ive never been able to get through on phone

Im needing a dedicated IP setup on one of my clients accounts , and im needing it done ASAP, but its not allowing me to do it on myxilo addons part, as its only showing my 2nd reseller account in the drop down box, the client is on my 1st older reseller account on the alpha server

i need someone to get back to me within the next few hrs please

When did you raise these tickets? The response time is usually around 24 hours or there abouts so if you raised these this morning then you should have a response later on this morning.

ive waited 3 days now, yesterday could not get through to xilo whatsoever

ive actually had to move one of my clients websites due to my response not being answered as my client was not happy that i could not even phone my hosts, as the phones where dead
