Default How to Contact Xilo? - 18/01/2008, 6:43 PM

We've just transferred our webhosting to Xilo, but unfortunately, we started badly.....with 24hours of Xilo server downtime. Fortunately, Xilo have resolved that issue, but the nameservers are set up incorrectly at Xilo, we have email problems and we have a technical issue which can only be resolved by Xilo staff.

I've spent the last couple of days trying to contact Xilo support, but had no answer to my 'tickets' - anyone know the best way to contact them. I tried to contact them by telephone and fax, but all the numbers given on the Xilo website are unobtainable, which is extremely worrying indeed!

Any pointers gratefully received.

Hi,

We are dealing with all tickets in the order received.

There are residual issues on the servers that had the problems and once these are sorted we can close most of the tickets.

Apologies for the delayed reply but as long as it is in a ticket - we'll get to it shortly.

Hi,

Although the move is not automated (unfortuantely), each user will need to manually move their files and databases as well as create any mailboxes.

We can help move any large sites over from server to server on a request basis.

Costs remain the same you will just get the new package limits (so more for your money).

You'll also get new mail features like full SPF, DKIM (Domain Keys) and premium mail filtering included, tuned and tweaked Apache2 config with a feature packed PHP setup.
