Cannot view support tickets

I can't access. When logging in via My Xilo, I hit the view tickets and I get an error message saying I don't have permission, log in.

I log in again hit view ticket and the same thing happens.

Please resolve as I need to send you a chaser on a 'High' status ticket from 2 days ago

I can't replicate this problem.

I gained access as follows:-

Support link in nav bar -> Logged in using left hand boxes -> Clicked helpdesk in the left hand nav bar that shows after login -> Clicked view tickets icon on the right.

They must have fixed it as its working now

not working at all now, get a 404

Again, I can't see any issues. Are we looking at different URL's or something?
