How do i enable SSH. At the moment i am just using FTP and would like to change over to SSH?

Hi,

Please raise a support ticket requesting this and the username that you require it for.

This is not granted by default and you'll need to explain why you would like SSH.

May I ask why is it necessary to put my password when submitting a tick if I am already logged in into my account.

Hi,

The password on the form is for the account - generally related to tickets where we will need such information.

This is helped to speed up resolving of issues instead of asking for the information manually which can sometimes be replied to via email - which is insecure.
