It appears as though the Indigo shared server is down - and I can't raise a ticket because support.xilo.net and helpdesk.xilo.net are down too.

Please look into it asap.

Seems to be back up now - was quite a long outage however, at least an hour.

Xilo were moving their servers to the new datacentre last night which is why their sites, your sites, everyone's site were down.

The posted time was between 0100 - 0500 so I don't know if this is connected

Any and all downtime last night will have been due to the server moves, as advertised. Any downtime from this morning onwards should be reported in the usual way.

Hi all,

The work was not due to affect shared sites but due to a network issue, seems to have affected those.

I'm just on the way back now from BSQ in the car and will reply with more details soon.

If there are any current problems, please raise a ticket.
