| Reseller ![]() Posts: 2 Join Date: Jul 2007 | Hi, I'm trying to log into the my.xilo area as I know I have an outstanding invoice which I'm trying to settle. However, I have forgotten the password. I've gone through the procedure to have it emailed to me, however the email address on file is one at the domain I'm trying to square up... and as it is overdue, it has been suspended, hence I can't pick up the email. Effectively I can't get into my invoices to pay because I haven't paid and can't get my email I raised a support ticket about this on Friday but have had no contact, not even an acknowledgment that it has been received. I would imagine that may be because I have had to use a gmail address as a contact for the above reasons. Am not sure how to proceed from here.. help !! Walkin |
