Default Dedicated server never received - 2/07/2007, 10:01 AM

I purchased a dedicated server off you some months ago, i never saw this server, i never received details and i paid the invoice ready to access it.
I repeatedly tried to contact you, but your site went offline frequently.
I am trying now to see if i can get a refund (some £200) or some kind of information on what happened here. I don't want to have to go to court but i will since the problems with xilo caused huge loss of earnings and payments for services not resolved.

I'm sorry to hear of the troubles you have been having with this. Unfortunately the forum is not the place to discuss financial issues as they cannot be resolved in public where the exchange of private information is unwise. Please either call XILO on the phone or raise a billing department ticket in the helpdesk.

Hi Harry,

I see your order on the system as on hold. We did try and contact you several times without a reply as regards to this and how you wanted to proceed.

As there is a ticket on the system - we will deal with this issue there.
