I am currently a part of an internet Station (called KrushFM), and design the website and deal with the forums and so on... but im not happy with the hosting we are with, so unreliable....

any ways, i was looking about the internet and came across this site, and had a look around...

now im interested in either;

1. The reseller account (£40 p/m)

or

2. The dedicated server account (£55 p/m)

but i also need maxium bandwidth for my money and i need shoutcast capabilities...

can this be done, if so what package can you offer me, and how many listeners can your shoutcast servers hold (and for how much)

Hi DJ Ludders,

Looking at your requirements, your going to need a dedicated box.

Let me explain why, basically, our reseller accounts will not allow you to run services such as ShoutCast. They are purely for hosting websites, email and databases.

However, our dedicated servers do now start from £45 per month and give much more control over the server - and allow you to run shoutcast. You will need to know some system administrator skills in running a linux machine to ensure the machine stays secure and up to date, however, we can help you with this.
