Upgrades

If I initially sign up with 'Startup' and then as my business grows can I assume I can upgrade to a reseller package (money tight so need all I've got, hence start with your lowest package and work upwards)

If so, would it also be correct to assume that there would not be a problem with the control panel, or would I need to redo everything as I'm changing from web hosting to reseller?

Hi Dvotee,

Sorry for the delay in getting to you.

The 'Hosting' and 'Reseller' accounts unfortunately are based on different control panels. We are soon to launch a "mini" reseller account that has a few domains and less space/bandwidth than the £10 per month account.

If you are interesting in going for this lower account and then building on it so you dont have to change control panels - drop us a sales ticket and we will give you the full information.

does it matter which dept. I raise the ticket too? Is this more of a sales or support. I'll do it to sales and if wrong then I'm sure someone will pass it over

HAH Just read the bit where you said send us a sales ticket......maybe I should learn to read!!!!!
