Thats exactly what I was wondering mate...

I know the 2 account names say exectly what they are on the tin but it just seems that rather than have the Sitehost account for £72 it's well worth the extra £50 pound for the extra bandwidth, storage and tools and much more and get a Multihost account whether your reselling or just hosting.

TBH thats what has been stalling me cause I keep thinking I'm missing something.

If I signed up for a Multihost Reseller account .. I get 15 domains. I use 10 of them and have 5 to sell for 5 people to host on. Rather than someone buying a Startup Hosting acount off you they could buy 2 domains off me and get all the extras a Multihost account gets? Am I right in thinking this way?

Hi Wizzo,

In all honesty - your not missing anything. Both shared and reseller packages are structured differently.

Some customers do not want the hassle or extra "confusion" of a reseller account and as such opt for the shared solution.

Reseller accounts are generally if you require seperate accounts or to allow your customers to have their own control panels.
