Another Question about E-mails.

Is there a way of getting the E-mail from my current DA system into Cpanel. I ask as when i come to move my clients from DA to Cpanel with Xilo they might have E-mails in there in-box. I can get the E-mail files from DA when i do a backup on there domains, but need to check if these files can be droped into a folder in Cpanel and allow the client to download as normal.

The only way that we know to do this is as follows;

Set both accounts up (new and old servers) in your client (we know this works in Outlook) as IMAP accounts.

Once all folders/emails have been listed, you will need to select all from your old account and then drop on the new account.

We have done this a few times internally and all has worked fine.

Apart from this, there is no other way to do it.
