i signed up for shared hosting on sunday and i still have no account details, ive emailed twice got one reply saying it was activated but no email so it would be resent. But as of yet i still have no details. now if this is the service i can expect then i may have signed up to the wrong company.

Stick with it damion ... this is probably the only bit of poor service you'll see!

Xilo do often seem to let themselves down slightly at this point, but the rest of the service is usually excellent.

[ps, they haven't paid me to say this, but if thay wanna give me a discount that's fine ...]

I have resent your welcome details once again Damion and have confirmed that the login works correctly and NTLs mailserver have accepted the mail.

Please could you tell me if you have got this?
